A: All poker rooms will count tournament fees toward rake and include them in your Monthly Gross Revenue (MGR).
Q: I played a lot yesterday but I can't see but my stats still show rake: $0, why?
A: Our updates are made daily at 6 PM CET and include actual rake from 1st of the month till yesterday inclusive. From case to case, it is possible for a poker room not to make an update in a specific day. The following update will also automatically include the rake made in the missing day.
Q: Where can I find stats related to the rake made by me and my referred players?
A: In the 'My account' tab you will be able to find stats for the rake made by you and all your referred players for every poker room in particular.
Q: How will I receive my rakeback?
A: According to the Terms and Conditions of each poker room, the rakeback will be payed automatically, weekly or monthly directly in your poker player account.
Q: What is an eWallet?
A: A digital wallet (also known as an e-wallet) allows users to make electronic commerce transactions quickly and securely. A digital wallet functions much like a physical wallet. The digital wallet was first conceived as a method of storing various forms of electronic money (e-cash), but with little popularity of such e-cash services, the digital wallet has evolved into a service that provides internet users with a convenient way to store and use online shopping information. We recommend Skrill as your personal eWallet as some casinos offer great promotions when using it.
